Sydni Deveraux and Butch Charming (aka Seven Bailey) established their joint producorial endeavors in 2023. Both are performers and producers with more than a decade a piece of event production under their belts, their combined experience makes them a powerhouse in nightlife entertainment.

Butch Charming (aka Seven Bailey) is known for their skill, intelligence, and charisma onstage and off.  Welder, public speaker and entrepreneur by day; producer, stage manager, and emcee by night 10yrs and counting. In addition to being the “Charmismatic Compere”, Seven is dubbed “The Dollar Daddy of Burlesque” for their theatrical tipping techniques, providing support to performers across the globe. Butch Charming’s long-standing production project is currently in assisting the Burlesque Hall of Fame during their annual weekender that commences in Las Vegas, Nevada at The Orleans casino. You can also see them in Metal Shop Masters on Netflix. You can see Seven’s impeccable sculptural work nationally, including the massive structure Nimbus, in Minneapolis and their work for the Mothers of Gynecology in Alabama (with creator Michelle Browder).

Sydni Deveraux is not only an immense talent on the stage as dancer and emcee- but a tactical powerhouse of a producer behind the scenes with her timelines, spreadsheets and marketing creation/execution. Her experience touring and performing for almost two decades gives her a unique and nuanced understanding of the needs inside of event production from conception to completion.

Both have a unique talent for negotiating with both venues and performers, and use their charming professionalism to ensure that events run smoothly and are a blast to attend.

In the Bay Area, 2:31 Productions currently assists Women’s Weekend (social media creation, management and talent coordination) and Flux Vertical Theatre for their fundraising events in addition to the production of their own projects (Pendulum, November 2023). In March, they will travel to Seattle to both perform and assist in production management of Seattle Fetish Ball. Sydni currently helps NORWAC run social media and organizes the volunteers for the 40 year old astrology conference. Together, Seven and Sydni DJ NORWAC’s Saturday night party.

2:31 Productions was named after a perfect pause in a particular piece of beautiful music- the type of pause that shows the intensity of intention and connection that can be created inside of art.
